Job summary
The Wonderful Company is hiring for an Arils Reliability Technician III (1st Shift). This full-time role oversees maintenance, performs tooling changes and setup, and installs and repairs electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, and other production equipment across multiple departments with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP.
You will train other mechanics, ensure OSHA safety programs, and maintain PM records while evaluating systems for required installations or repairs.
Qualifications
- High School or GED with 5 years of maintenance operations experience.
- Two years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Technical field education or related training may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety programs and GMP compliance.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and related systems.
- Lead and train other mechanics with minimal supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance and PMs for the Reliability Department.
- Generate value-added work requests using Up‑Time Inspections and ultrasonic devices.
