Job summary

POM Wonderful in Del Rey, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for the Arils area. You will oversee finished goods palletizing, ensure orders are completed, and manage hourly case counts while following the run plan.

You will train and coach team members on equipment and processes, enforce GMPs and safety protocols, and communicate issues to supervision. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Experience supervising or coaching others is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and run plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finished goods palletizing and order completion.
• Maintain hourly case count and track shipped finished goods.
• Train and coach new and returning employees on equipment and processes.
• Ensure GMPs and safety rules are followed in area.
