Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in California to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance across our high-volume packaging operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, reliability of facility systems, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, manage downtime and uptime inspections, and collaborate with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or training.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in employee development, coaching, and accountability.
• Define and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Maintain facility systems and equipment via preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Build cohesive teams with clear goals and open communication; conduct performance appraisals.
• Support budget planning and manage expenses within the area.
