Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance employees and contractors, focusing on repair and preventative activities for critical water treatment facilities. You will coordinate planning and scheduling to maximize resources, ensure on-time delivery, and manage purchasing, inventory, and budgets.

The role requires experience in CMMS, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• Knowledge of maintenance management processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance.
• Provide maintenance planning and scheduling to support plant operations and optimize resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance (PM and daily) activities.
• Work with Purchasing to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
