Job summary

Veolia Group's Water Technology Business seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution in a chemical manufacturing setting. You will oversee maintenance employees and contractors, coordinate purchasing, and ensure on-time, on-budget operations.

This role requires an Associate degree, 4+ years maintenance experience, and supervisory leadership. Strong CMMS knowledge and inventory control are essential; willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school).
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least one year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance.
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective use of company and contractor resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities.
• Work with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
