Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution within our Water Technology operations in Kentucky. The role focuses on managing maintenance employees and contractors, coordinating with operations to optimize chemical inventories and contractor resources, and ensuring timely, on-budget maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher.
• Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least one-year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance.
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective use of company and contractor resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities.
• Work with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
