Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance employees and contractors, plan and schedule PM activities, and ensure on-budget execution. The role supports plant operations with planning and efficient use of resources, including chemicals and spare parts.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree or higher, 4+ years of maintenance/project experience (chem manufacturing preferred), and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus CMMS and inventory software

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher required or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees and Contractors
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute PM and Daily Maintenance Activities
• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and inventory of chemicals and spare parts
• Work with Operations to coordinate receiving of chemicals and issue Purchase Orders
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget
• Track budgets and perform goods receipt
