Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance employees and contractors, plan and schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

You will manage purchasing, inventory of chemicals and spare parts, and coordinate with operations to ensure continuous plant performance. This role requires 4+ years in maintenance, supervisory experience, and CMMS familiarity; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; two-year college or technical school acceptable.
• Minimum 4+ years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair and preventive maintenance.
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Coordinate with Operations to receive chemicals and manage PO issuance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) activities.
