Job summary

Veolia Water Technology is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance employees and contractors, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution at our Michigan facility.

You will manage inventories, purchasing, and supplier coordination, leveraging CMMS and inventory software. A 4+ year maintenance background with supervisory experience and an associate degree or higher are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school).
• Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least one-year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance.
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective use of company and contractor resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities.
• Work with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets.
