Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Michigan is seeking aMaintenance and Inventory Manager to lead maintenance teams, schedule PM activities, and oversee purchasing and inventory of chemicals and spare parts. The role supports plant operations and ensures on-time, on-budget maintenance execution.

The ideal candidate has a mix of maintenance, supervisory experience, and CMMS knowledge, with flexibility for overtime as needed. The position offers full-time employment with standard contract terms.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school)
• Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing
• At least one-year supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors
• Provide maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize resources
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget
• Manage inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts
• Coordinate with Operations to receive chemicals
• Issue Purchase Orders and track budgets
