Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance efforts at our Michigan facility. You will manage maintenance personnel and contractors, plan and schedule work, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires an Associate Degree or higher, 4+ years in maintenance/project execution (chemical focus preferred), and 1+ year of supervisory experience. CMMS and inventory systems knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance employees/contractors and all repair/preventive maintenance.
• Support plant operations with maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts.
• Plan, schedule, and execute PM and daily maintenance activities.
