Responsibilities

• Inventory productivity oversight at the branch(es) for timely service support and minimizing loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering parts and coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Update PartsNet, perform frequent inventory cycle counts, ensure part availability.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock in right quantity and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped timely and manage returns with warranty team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
