This full-time role on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) is located at 25174 One Aviation Way, Huntsville, AL, with responsibilities spanning inventory, process analytics, and branch support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations experience required.
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner with collaborative approach.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background/drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch inventory productivity for timely service support and minimize inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts through Centralized Parts Ordering with daily coordination.
• Receive and store parts, update systems (PartsNet), and conduct cycle counts to ensure availability.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock to match specifications.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and coordinate returns with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure correct payments processing.
