Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) ensuring timely service and minimizing loss.
• Procure parts via sourcing procedures with Centralized Parts Ordering and ensure on-time defective-free deliveries.
• Receive, store and track parts; update PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure availability and proper specs.
• Coordinate warranty items shipments and returns with warranty department.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs and ensure parts availability.
• Oversee vendor relationships and payment processing.
