Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Medley, FL to manage inventory and administrative processes across branch operations, supporting maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role reports to the Body Shop location in Miami and requires strong attention to inventory control, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Parts, Warranty, and Customer Service teams. A high school diploma and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support service.
• Order parts with Centralized Parts Ordering to ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tire stock; ensure availability.
• Coordinate with warranty, customer service, and vendor payments.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Assist with scheduling repairs as parts become available.
