Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage inventory and administrative processes at the Franklin, MA facility. You will support maintenance efficiency and profitability by ensuring timely parts availability and accurate data tracking.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service and operations, strong computer skills, and a collaborative approach with branch teams. Travel and background checks may be required as part of Penske's employment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent loss.
• Order parts and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and track parts; update system (PartsNet) and perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure on-hand quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Assist with scheduling repairs when parts are available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments processing.
