Job summary

Location is 13300 Grover Ct, Chester, VA. The position pays $23–$25 per hour and requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability and proficiency with MS Office. Travel may be required to support multiple branches and ongoing equipment maintenance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
Experience working in service and parts department is a plus.
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and minimize loss.
Order parts through sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering to ensure on-time deliveries.
Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts and ensure availability.
Support branch financial manager and district leadership to improve profitability and performance.
