Job summary

HSL Asset Management LLC is seeking a Porter in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the community, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, and supporting the staff to provide a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, reliable, and communicative, with a willingness to learn and grow within our property management team. Weekend availability is required as part of a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet all physical requirements including heavy lifting.
• Ability to take direction and work on a team.
• Hard working with the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive mindset that shows initiative and desire to learn new skills.
• Ability to communicate positively and professionally with residents and staff.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate in writing.
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of community grounds and common areas.
• Assist with painting, landscaping, debris removal and light maintenance.
• Ensure pool, laundry, leasing office, and recreation areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Support the maintenance team and complete duties as assigned by supervisors.
