Job summary

You will clean and maintain clubhouses, offices, models, and exterior spaces, report maintenance needs, and help with yard work and trash area upkeep. A High School Diploma is required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities
