Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support property maintenance across a community in Tucson. The role covers routine cleaning, groundskeeping, and make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. It includes on-call responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to safety and upkeep across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas; assist in repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager; follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and assist with unit inspections as needed.
