Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers community upkeep, cosmetic tasks, and on-site operations to meet property objectives.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, maintaining grounds, and ensuring safety standards while participating in on-call emergencies. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and daily on-site attendance as required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and assist in maintenance and inspections.
