Job summary

MRK Partners in Coatesville, PA is seeking a Porter to maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance across grounds, common areas, and offices. The role also prepares vacated apartments for new residents by restoring them to move-in condition.

You will assist with maintenance tasks, support grounds work, and respond to on-call needs on weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with about one year of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred.
• Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property daily to identify cleaning needs and complete work, remove trash from grounds and improve dumpster area.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition, cleaning appliances, cabinets, sinks, floors and bathrooms.
• Performs grounds maintenance including weed removal, grass-cutting, snow and leaf removal.
• Cleans property office as necessary and follows janitorial schedule.
