GMH Communities is seeking a Porter in Conshohocken to maintain the community’s grounds, pool, leasing office, and common areas while handling work orders and supporting Turn and Make Ready to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires on-call and weekend availability, along with a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and pool upkeep.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of plumbing.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of pool upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations of the property.
• Ensure cleanliness of grounds, pool, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas.
• Respond to work orders.
• Assist with Turn and Make Ready process.
• Adhere to company policy and safety laws.
• Hands-on repair and upkeep.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
