Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience preferred.

• Able to communicate effectively and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Track maintenance work orders and ensure records are updated.
• Reconcile invoices related to the maintenance department.
• Assist Senior Maintenance Admin with purchase orders for maintenance.
• Process past-due work orders for all equipment in the system.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance to support fleet availability.
• Maintain an organized check-in/out system and orderly workspace.
