Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with TIG and MIG on stainless and black steel.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and direct maintenance crew.
• Perform various maintenance tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Production Manager.
• Train and re-train on maintenance trades.
