Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support on-site property operations across a single-family community. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain units, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in units, grounds, and common areas.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; assist in budget planning and cost control.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Provide courteous resident service and address maintenance requests promptly.
