Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of a multi‑unit residential community. You will diagnose and repair issues in buildings, grounds, and amenities, and manage the make‑ready process for new move‑ins, coordinating with vendors as needed.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, high-quality workmanship, and proactive resident service. A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certifications are preferred, with onsite work across

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, or related trade.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and common areas according to policies and codes.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling tasks.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of outdoor and interior spaces to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work of team members and contractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
