Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the planning and execution of maintenance across instruments, equipment, and facilities. You will ensure CMMS and spare parts inventory are up to date while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsible for budgeting, coordinating with production, and guiding a team of technicians; you will develop preventive maintenance plans, manage subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Knowledge of automation and control logic systems, reading and interpreting drawings and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Define guidelines for maintenance procedures to support Production efficiently.
• Draft and manage preventive maintenance plans to keep equipment and facilities in good shape.
• Lead breakdown analyses and address recurring issues; manage smaller maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging by Maintenance Technicians.
