Job summary

The Maintenance Manager at Job Juncture oversees planning and organizing maintenance for instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities to ensure continuous operations within budget. You will also manage CMMS and spare parts inventory while guiding a skilled maintenance team.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, analyze breakdowns, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards as part of a robust maintenance policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in Industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read drawings and communicate with suppliers/operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities; lead and support breakdown resolution; manage CMMS procedures and spare parts inventory.
• Budget and compliance: draft, manage and follow up budgets; ensure safety, quality and environmental standards and adherence to internal rules.
• Organization and personnel: ensure required skills, coach staff, and foster collaboration with other departments; maintain up-to-date knowledge and secure discretion.
