Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team, hire and develop staff, and ensure all equipment, building, and grounds meet company standards. A strong emphasis on safety, including LOTO, will guide daily operations and maintenance decisions.

You will coordinate service calls, machine repairs, and troubleshooting with mechanics, while managing the facility budget and driving loss reductions through breakdown analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities maintenance team.
• Proven budgeting and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong preventive/predictive maintenance background.
• Plastic injection molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facilities maintenance team, including hiring, supervising and dev opportunities.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls, machine repairs and troubleshooting with mechanics.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive loss reductions through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom operations for facility consumables.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance program and onboard vendor projects.
