Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance across instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, ensuring continuity of operations within preset budgets. The role also ensures CMMS accuracy and spare parts inventory management, reporting to the Operations & Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Experience drafting maintenance plans and CAPEX projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with automation and control logic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• Ability to coach and develop maintenance staff and ensure CMMS compliance.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within budget.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventive maintenance plans.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed.
• Draw up and monitor the working budget; manage CAPEX projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Develop staff skills and ensure effective team performance.
• Communicate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
