Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime.
• CMRP certification is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure health and safety standards.
• Repair electrical systems (replace bulbs, service panels) and assist in maintenance of systems.
• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform general upkeep (painting, carpentry) and other tasks as assigned.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
