Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Possession of a building trade license/certificate preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general condition of property across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting tasks.
• Complete maintenance requests from all departments promptly.
• Participate in the preventive maintenance program for building equipment and rooms.
• Complete other special projects as assigned.
