Now Hiring Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with the ability to diagnose and repair various requests.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room, major mechanical inspection and repair, and maintain other equipment.
• General upkeep of the exterior or the building.
• Administer the hotel’s risk management program and monitor outside contractors and their associates.
• Prioritize guest security and safety as a core responsibility in providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.
• Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
• Oversee the 78-room Courtyard by Marriott.
• Responsible for overall maintenance of the property including preventative maintenance in guestrooms, pool maintenance and balancing pool chemicals, and general maintenance of the building.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance background including general plumbing, electrical and building repair experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
