Oak Park Place is seeking a Maintenance Director in Baraboo, WI to lead maintenance operations for the property, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety standards are met. The role involves overseeing staff, planning budgets, and delivering excellent resident and staff service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in building maintenance.
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.
