Job summary
Oak Park Place in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team with groundskeeping, room preparation for new residents, and safe transport of residents to appointments.

- Experience in customer service.

- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Help maintenance team maintain grounds and common areas.

- Drive residents to appointments as needed.
