Oak Park Place in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our housing community. You will help maintain grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, and assist residents with transportation to appointments, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes reliability, friendly service, and a team focus. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience in facilities maintenance or customer service is preferred.

Requirements
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
