Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead operations, maintenance, and improvements for our community. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, coordinate major projects, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms for new residents, supervising maintenance staff, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an attractive, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in building maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.
