Job summary

Oak Park Place in Menasha, WI is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Driver who cares about residents and teamwork. You will support the maintenance team, help prepare rooms for new residents, and assist with grounds keeping and cleaning duties.

In addition, you will drive residents to appointments and perform light maintenance tasks as assigned. If you enjoy a hands-on role that makes a positive everyday impact, this is the position for you.

Qualifications

• Prior facilities management or maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Friendly manners and desire to help our residents.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and assist with room preparation for new residents.
• Drive residents to appointments and events as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and general building upkeep.
