Job summary

Oak Park Place in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Driver to support our maintenance team with grounds upkeep, preparing rooms for new residents, and driving residents to appointments. This part-time, non-exempt role values friendly service, reliable attendance, and a valid driver’s license.

Prior facilities or maintenance experience is preferred, and you’ll join a team that treats residents with care while benefiting from competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Friendly manners and desire to help our residents.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and assist with upkeep as part of the maintenance team.
• Prepare rooms for new residents.
• Drive residents to appointments and errands as needed.
• Perform other light maintenance duties as assigned.
