Job summary

Oak Park Place in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Housing to oversee the operation of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, leveraging a passion for senior care and strong leadership.

You'll manage staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain clear communication with residents, families and team members while driving continuous improvement and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a long term or assisted living setting preferred.
• CBRF Administrator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings and new-hire orientations.
• Maintain positive communication with residents, family members and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

The Director of Housing responsibilities include overseeing the operation of Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Requirements

Director of Housing Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a passion for working with seniors
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Maintain attention to detail in care and services
• Maintain positive communication with residents, family members and staff
• Manage staff meetings, trainings and new hire orientations
• Implement and follow all Oak Park Place policies
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Manage conflicts and resolve complex problems
• Drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics
• Work well independently and in a team environment

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a long term or assisted living care setting preferred
• CBRF Administrator Certification preferred
