Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance support, coordination, inventory control, or related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Completion of drug and background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support efficient operations and minimize disruption.
• Maintain and update work orders in the maintenance management system, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize work orders and ensure timely execution.
• Support troubleshooting efforts by coordinating communication, materials, and work order documentation.
• Maintain maintenance inventory, including ordering parts and tracking usage.
• Serve as point of contact for external vendors for maintenance-related services.
