Job summary

Holly Poultry, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager for its Retail Division in Hanover, MD. You will lead receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory accuracy, and warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient product movement.

You will ensure FIFO compliance, temperature-controlled storage, and food safety standards while driving performance metrics and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience in food manufacturing or perishable-product operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, temperature-controlled storage, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and manage safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse supervisors, leads, and staff; set expectations and drive accountability.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy; ensure FIFO and temperature controls.
• Maintain food safety and regulatory compliance; support audits and recalls as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics and systems like RedZone or similar.
