Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing or refrigerated operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, FIFO, temperature control, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability for safety, quality, service, productivity, and training.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and Microsoft Office; ability to analyze performance data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMPs, food safety standards, and warehouse safety practices preferred.
• Candidate must pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for warehouse supervisors, leads, and personnel; manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across dry, refrigerated, and freezer inventory; enforce FIFO and cycle counts.
• Direct receiving, storage, staging, loading, and shipping to ensure safe, accurate product movement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, temperature control, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure safety training and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, service, and cost.
