Job summary

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and bring 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and advanced PLC certification to the team. Key duties include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems, supervising rebuilds, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, or similar setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience; ability to mentor technicians.
• Post-offer drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair high-level mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Lead equipment rebuilds and major overhauls.
• Perform diagnostics on PLC systems and recommend adjustments.
• Assist with capital projects, equipment commissioning, and layout planning.
• Maintain CMMS records and review performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Mentor and train Mechanic I & II technicians; conduct hands-on demos and evaluations.
