It is a state-operated facility serving adults with complex medical and neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders, often with coexisting mental illness or intellectual disability. The residents require 24-hour supervision, nursing care, and assistance with daily activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Candidates must demonstrate experience coordinating projects with outside contractors.
Management Preferences include experience working with healthcare construction, security devices, and building/safety codes.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED plus two years of experience in complex mechanical or building trades, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional qualifications include EPA certification as a Type I, II, III, or Universal technician if applicable.
