The Maintenance/Construction Technician IV is a working supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating the carpentry staff and construction projects at the facility.
This position is designated MANDATORY and requires reporting or staying over during adverse weather or emergencies.
We serve adults with chronic medical conditions and neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders, often with severe mental illness or intellectual disability, requiring 24-hour supervision, nursing care, and assistance with daily activities.

Candidates must document experience in project coordination with outside contractors, preferably in healthcare facilities, and familiarity with security devices and building codes. Education and experience should be detailed in the application, with a high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in complex mechanical or building trades, or an equivalent combination. A current EPA technician certification may be required.
