Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Service Technician to perform general maintenance in community common areas and respond to on-call needs. You will support maintenance tasks, ensure timely service completion, and help uphold safety and cleanliness across the property in Las Vegas, NV.

The role requires an HVAC/R certificate for higher rate, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Expect some weekend work and overtime as needed, with a pathway to additional responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) is required for higher rate.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with ability to set priorities, manage time, and achieve goals.
• Resourceful problem solver capable of addressing challenges and changing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Skilled in tracking and managing inventory of materials and parts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle chemicals safely.
• Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas and perform on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments, per standards.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and repair mechanical systems as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and provide courteous service to residents.
• Support inspections and quality assurance reviews as required.
