Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations, performing general maintenance in common areas and responding to service requests with urgency and care.

You will join a vibrant team, working full-time in a Las Vegas community, with on-call duties during nights and weekends as needed. Experience in HVAC is preferred, and bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties in common areas.
• On-call responsibilities during nights and weekends as needed.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly and to standard.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Provide courteous, 5-star service to residents.
