Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Nevada is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair resident spaces, equipment, and common areas. This is a full-time, hourly role requiring practical trade skills, problem solving, and a positive customer service mindset.

You will report to the Community Manager and Service Supervisor, work on-call nights and weekends as needed, and contribute to a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with HVAC/R certification preferred.
• HVAC/R certification (preferred) and ability to read detailed instructions.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Strong customer service orientation and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance in common areas and respond to service requests.
• Manage on-call responsibilities during nights and weekends.
• Ensure quality of mechanical systems and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory and report inspections.
